Brake Repair and Service in Al Quoz, Dubai

Brakes are the one system you never want to postpone. Heat, stop-start traffic and heavy cars wear pads, discs and fluid faster in Dubai than in most places.

Our Al Quoz workshop inspects the complete braking system, measures pad and disc wear instead of estimating it, and quotes before any parts are replaced.

  • ✔ Brake pad, disc and caliper inspection with measurements
  • ✔ Pad and disc replacement for all makes
  • ✔ Caliper repair, seizing and sticking-brake diagnosis
  • ✔ Brake fluid testing and replacement
  • ✔ ABS, wheel-speed sensor and warning-light diagnostics
  • ✔ Electronic parking brake service with diagnostic tools

Warning Signs You Need a Brake Inspection

Any of these is a reason to have the brakes checked this week, not next month.

Squealing or grinding

Noise on braking means the pads are worn, glazed or contacting the disc directly.

Longer stopping distance

A soft or sinking pedal and late stopping can mean worn pads, old fluid or a hydraulic leak.

Vibration under braking

Pulsing through the pedal or steering wheel usually means uneven disc surfaces.

Car pulls to one side

A sticking caliper or an uneven pad can pull the car under braking and overheat one wheel.

Warning lights

Brake, ABS or stability warnings should be read with a diagnostic tool before further driving.

Burning smell or hot wheel

A dragging brake generates heat, damages the disc and can boil the brake fluid.

What Our Brake Service Covers

From a simple pad change to hydraulic and ABS faults.

Brake pads and discs

Measured wear, quality replacement parts, correct bedding-in and a road test.

Calipers and hardware

Sliders, pins, guides and seals cleaned or replaced so pads wear evenly and the brake releases fully.

Brake fluid service

Moisture and boiling-point testing, then a full flush and bleed where needed.

Hoses, lines and master cylinder

Inspection for leaks, corrosion and swelling that affect pedal feel and safety.

ABS and sensors

Fault-code reading, wheel-speed sensor testing and repair of wiring faults.

Electronic parking brakes

Service-mode retraction and reset with a diagnostic tool, as required on most modern European models.

How We Handle a Brake Job

01

Inspect

Wheels off, pad and disc thickness measured, calipers and hoses checked.

02

Report

You get the measurements, the priority of each item and a clear quote.

03

Repair

Approved work is carried out with quality parts and correct torque settings.

04

Road test

Braking, pedal feel and pull are checked on the road before handover.

Frequently Asked Questions

The brake questions drivers in Dubai ask us most often.

There is no fixed distance. City driving in Dubai traffic wears pads faster than highway use, so pad thickness is checked at every service and replaced once it reaches the manufacturer minimum.

Squealing is often glazed pads, dust or a worn wear indicator. Grinding usually means the pad material is gone and the backing plate is contacting the disc, which damages the disc and needs immediate attention.

Vibration under braking usually points to uneven or warped discs, sometimes to worn suspension or a sticking caliper. We measure disc thickness and run-out rather than guessing.

Not always. If the discs are within the minimum thickness and the surface is even, new pads alone are fine. Discs below specification, badly scored or heavily lipped should be replaced.

Brake fluid absorbs moisture, which lowers its boiling point and affects pedal feel. Most manufacturers ask for a change every two years, and we test the fluid condition during a brake inspection.

Yes. We service brake systems on German, British, Japanese, American, Korean and Chinese models, including cars with electronic parking brakes that must be retracted with a diagnostic tool.

The car will still brake, but ABS and stability assistance may be disabled, which matters in an emergency stop. Have the fault code read as soon as possible.

Pads and discs on one axle are usually a same-day job. Caliper repairs, ABS diagnostics or parts that have to be ordered take longer, and we confirm the timing when we quote.
